Thank you for your feedback, this is always useful both internally and externally. We always value honesty through direct conversations with any of our leadership teams through our anonymous suggestions/questions box via the intranet or through our regular Company All Hands meetings. These are one of the many methods the company uses to make improvements.
Since covid we are an international remote business and are focused on building a successful empathy led technology business with subscription models in some of our verticals. It has only grown in strength due to our passionate teams that love the flexibility, trust, and challenging work.
