Pros

The company values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for its employees. The management encourages open communication and teamwork, and creates a supportive atmosphere. Good for newbies - the opportunity to learn will be depending on how you deal with your job. Working as a family.

Cons

Lack of Clear Development Path: While the company acknowledges the importance of employee development, there is a need for a more structured approach. Employees would benefit from a clearly defined development path that outlines specific skills to acquire, milestones to achieve, and potential career advancement opportunities. This would provide a sense of direction and motivation for individuals seeking growth within the organization. Insufficient Investment in Training Programs: Although the company recognizes the value of learning programs, there seems to be a lack of investment in comprehensive training initiatives. To enhance employee skills and knowledge, it is crucial to allocate sufficient resources towards relevant and up-to-date training programs that address specific job requirements. This will ensure that employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.

Pros

- Experience to work path for entry level - Free face mask lol - Swab test every 2 weeks

Cons

Imagine working during a Pandemic from Monday to Saturday with a 13k salary or less, without HMO. Then, when you are positive from covid you will be not working and without pay. Even if you are a "direct hire" There are 2 agencies in this company in which you will be housed at. Been working for this company for years. They will give you false hope and promises about an increase, or even a promotion. Thus you will be working hard, but in the end, it's just all talk. You will be surprised that after giving your best, you will be graded by their heads as failed. They will call you direct hire but HMO is to follow or non-existent. And if you will not muster your courage to resign and find a better opportunity just because they considered you as a "regular", you won't grow. Even HR does not know pandemic parameters. You are required for swab testing using your own money just to be able to work again if tested negative. It's just that I stayed because of my camaraderie with my colleagues and just because this is the job I have at the moment. Overall, yeah. "heavy workload and requirements from different departments, but super low salary and no compensation" Thanks, One Alpha for the experience and lesson. Adios.
