      Poor culture at management level - IT Technician One Education Employee Review

      Pros

      Pension is good at One Education. Annual leave is OK.

      Cons

      Massive blame culture at senior management level that trickles down to middle managers. When I was in the office, I often heard inappropriate comments about current/previous employees. Salary isn't good compared to other IT Tech roles. No career progression. If you're considering a vacancy at One Education; I would seriously ask you to think again. Since moving on in 2020 I have not looked back.
