I left Baptist to join Gastro 1, and so far my experience with the company has been great. The higher up in leadership is extremely nice. The workers are all team group oriented. I have no complains working here.

The company is generous, they make sure the staff have lunch every day.

I want to start with how amazing this organization is! From my initial contact with HR, the recruiter, Kari was helpful, kind, informative, and walked me through the process. I had multiple interviews, and everyone was very open and honest. They told me what a great company OneGI is to work for. The hiring process was smooth. I completed a lot before I even started. This really helped when my first day began. Everyone, especially my mentor, has been so helpful. Answering questions. Helping me understand processes. Being open to new ideas. Giving me everything I need to become successful in my role and within the company. Being able to join my team on the local level and this organization has been such a blessing to me! Thank you!
