Cons

They are not paying for oncall anymore based on actual oncall hours. They give you a flat rate now :) absolutely unacceptable slavery

Pros

This is one of the best teams I have ever worked with. Management does a great job of having a solid direction while remaining open for conversations on how to do things better.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.

Pros

Very entrepreneurial culture driven from the entire exec team. The company focuses on enabling its people and taking action vs. a lot of process. It's a welcome change because previously there was tons of process which diminished creativity. The new exec team is capable and communicates more with the employees and is invested in their future. Performance is rewarded and that was proof with how the bonuses were provided this year. Those who performed better were rewarded better.

Cons

Not finished yet decoupling from some of the systems with Quest.
