      The management throughout all offices are amazing and make an effort to improve office environment and employee engagement throughout all employees. I feel that all managers, directors, and physicians care for the employees working in all the offices.

      This company is great to work for. All staff and management are very friendly and work well as a team. This company has great things to offer its' employees.

      Pros

      Friendly & fun environment. Admin days to complete office work.

      Cons

      Unorganized and unprofessional higher ups. The company is continuously growing, good for the owner, but I believe higher ups are having difficulty managing that. They keep coming up with new requirements that involve patients and are overloading staff that are already dealing with 100+ patients in a day.
