-Terrible communication -Major micromanagement issues -Do not have faith in professionals (I believe they prefer to hire people with zero experience and push out people that have experience and opinions) -Do not trust employees, conduct a surprise review where employees have to prove their insurance dependents are actually eligible by submitting tax records, marriage and birth certificates -commissions are almost always inaccurate (to their credit, they do correct the problems, but if you're not on top of it, you might miss out on money)
