Pros
Great Culture Results oriented We have great technicians that know what they are doing and deliver a great product. Management is very engaged in the day to day activities and cares about the employees. Management has an open door policy and encourages new ideas. Major growth in the company in the last two years -- Very exciting.
Cons
Benefits are good, but would like to see supplemental benefits added to the package. Small company means wearing many "hats" -- but efforts are rewarded.
