Great Dealership to work for - Sales and Finance Manager One Toyota Employee Review

Great company to work for. I wish I could of stayed but the commute was killing me. Company lunches for entire dealership. 7 out of the 24 months I was there we were treated to a food truck. Chicken n waffles. Smoked brisket, managers made us breakfast on Saturday.

You had to actually show up to work every day. I did not have a problem with this. It’s called having a job.

Pay plan looks good, building is updated, nice facility

Management favoritism is huge downside, relatives can work together in same department same company even no previous job experience you will get hired. No professionalism, you will get customers if you sitting closer to managers not using your professionalism. No training, no access's for everything until 3 weeks, new style selling but old school management.
