A lot of vulgar language Long hours No sense of direction No basic salary Training is also not paid Please be aware there is no basic, training is not paid so you will be commuting up to London at your own expense. In order for you to progress into the sales floor and become getting leads you will need to of signed up 5 FAMILY or FRIENDS bearing in mind it's £200 to each open an account, the reason for this is because they stated they don't want us sounding rubbish when talking with potential clients. BUT with all jobs that offer GOOD training there wouldn't be any reason for us not to jump straight onto the phones once the initial training period has finished. So it just shows how bad the training is.. At the end of the day they just want to see us bring 5 people to the table, without us really knowing anything. If this was all explained in the interview I would of not bothered going there at all. Please do your research into this company, and if you still think it's right for you we'll then good luck!!!
