Pros
There is not reason for anyone to work in this company , they will ask you to open an account with 5 of your close relatives which is more o less the startup of your career , most of the senior management a exception of a few ( 1 or 2 ) the company act on extremely or with an excess of unprofessionalism .
Cons
Working hours despite you been on self employment is very unlikely that you will be allowed to leave earlier . Also the behavior of the company CEO that is more o less what warn anyone with a bit of education , that his level of drive is more o less the most highly driven individual maybe because he makes money out of your effort , however his education level gets to show after the first 2 days in the trading floor . He is not polite at all , swears also made claim of flotation in a timescale that no one with education will never believe . Most of the senior managers are inside the whole concept of the company . And everyone knows the inside an out of the business , so more o less also guilty of such a poor and dishonest operations .
