      Pros

      The office is nice but culture is bad.

      Cons

      The owner thinks he is 25 and is clueless about how to treat employees. He made his son-in-law next in charge. The son in law has a physical therapy education and is a total suck up to the owner.

      Pros

      Good leadership team with the two VP’s.

      Cons

      Conversion rate after demo’s is low. Lack of accountability for sales engineers. Very, very involved owner. Nice enough guy, but oversteps specifically in deals that causes deals to slow.
