Good honest people to work with and try to keep the employees up to date on their accomplishments. Encourage training for advancement.

Newer company and not a lot of work.

Good location and good hours.

Owner is very smart and does a great job of selling the company, but lacks skills in leadership, training, or building a team that could help her run the business. Management/executive staff are inexperienced, leading to high employee turnover. They are currently a well cultivated culture built on micromanagement and toxicity.
