Pros

My onboarding experience at OneAssist has been really smooth and positive. A special thanks to Amruta from the HR team for being extremely supportive throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Her regular follow-ups, clear communication, and guidance during every interview round made the entire journey very comfortable and hassle-free. I also received a very warm welcome from the Sales and Key Account Management teams. Everyone has been supportive and approachable, with clear guidance on roles and expectations. The induction process and interaction with senior management gave a great first impression of the organization and its work culture. Overall, it has been a great start, and I’m happy to be part of the team.

So far, I haven’t come across any major concerns
