fellow sales reps are nice and try to help, not much else

Mud Pie division- worst commission rate in this industry, convoluted territory boundaries, working 10-12 hr days at shows writing orders for retailers that are not yours ( so no commission), while being out of your territory ( no sales=no commissions). Bad reputation of long shipping delays, out of stocks, order cancellations).
