SO much micro-management. Leaders in a VP role cannot let lower level workers complete anything without reviewing and changing things. They need to TRUST their employees that they hired.
Return to office under the guise of 'collaboration' and 'culture' as we sit in cube on phone calls and teams meetings that could be done from home. They do not care how long your commute is, or that you hired on with an understanding of 2 days in office. You MUST go into the office Tues, Wed and Thurs. Was told there were no exceptions, but there certainly are. Its all about control and having to SEE people in their seats.
