Pros

Pay was OK for my experience level and I did have a ton of free time the first few months (which made up for the nonexistent onboarding process).

Cons

Dreadful planning of projects. Organizational/team structure changes all of the time. They throw projects at you out of the blue and create unreasonable expectations. Projects are delayed all of the time. You're either underwhelmed or overwhelmed at different points in time or during different stages of a project.

Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

Cons

No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
