      Pros

      The work was easy and gave me plenty of experience in skills I needed improving on. That's pretty much it.

      Cons

      Everyone there is a backstabber and FAKE. You can't trust a single person in that building. Working with the clients is a pain, and everyone expects you to be done with work in a matter of minutes but you have to spend hours on the phone doing useless meetings.

      Pros

      OnePartner offers competitive wages, a high workplace morale and a fantastic group of people to work with. Employees have the freedom to create and update processes without being micromanaged, and we are encouraged to take part in the growth of the company. What we're doing has an important purpose and it's making a big difference, so I believe in what I'm doing every day. We are literally writing the chapters of the healthcare history books as we go, and it's very exciting to be able to be a part of it.

      I look forward to more opportunities for advancement, because I know they will come with the growth of the company.
