Not much. Competitive wage depending on where you live. Has the potential to be great if they would quit expanding and actually focus on the clinics that exist.

I could write pages about how horrible this company is and I can’t believe I worked here as long as I did. I have worked in healthcare for years and have experienced all of the tribulations that comes with it but this place is a whole different ballgame. It’s sad because I used to LOVE working here. Patients and staff are baited in with shady sales tactics. Patient care comes very last. ZERO clinical compliance structure- total lawsuit waiting to happen. No licenses required for staff. Billing department is a disaster. Management doesn’t listen and is so disconnected from daily operations. No structured training- trainees are thrown in with already burnt out staff who are not getting any additional compensation for training. So many empty promises.
