Pros

The culture was good until around 2022 and completely fell apart after Onestream went public. The pay can be good and flexibility with wfh (changing week by week, I predict full office return end of 2025, but luckily I got out)

Cons

So many to list, but the most important one is that above all the company does not care about employees at all. There is a complete lack of human decency. You are a number to hit target, its all they care about. The stock price needs to go up and it will be at the expense of your sanity and health. I have never been in such a situation where so many people were on stress and burnout leave, and its clear within six months why. This is the most toxic, hostile and stressful company I have ever worked for and I have worked for all their competitor's. There is a complete burnout culture. I would predict most people working here would agree. If you are reading this and about to join, do not, and look elsewhere. This is your warning.

Pros

Friendly and collaborative culture with okay benefits. Growth opportunities are plentiful, although they may be difficult to keep up with. The freedom we have is unmatched and greatly appreciated. Our direct managers tend to be very personable and highly engaged.

Cons

Company and department leadership has a history of sloppy communication through frequent changes which lack directive. Pressure from poor escalation management can be detrimental to productivity.
