Pros
Depends on the team & department you were working with plus location but the quality of the people and the culture that had been created was pretty good. There's a lot of people that had remained at the company for many years and there's a lot of historical knowledge and everyone is open to help you out. Gives you exposure to clients of various skillsets so it gives you the chance to develop in presenting differently and adjust on a client to client basis. Originally there were leadership opportunity and opportunities to climb up the ladder quickly given you had shown right mindset & willingness. You were rewarded for it.
Cons
Each department has its own goals so there's a lack of cooperation at times steaming from the lack of understanding of the product and how to operate it from different departments. In my opinion, the company missed an opportunity to get stronger at its core and always chased the next "in" thing leading to some bad investments that caused growth to stagnate as the product remained stale at the areas which were the strentghs of the company. Progression opportunities vertically are rather limited on certain departments nowadays. There are lateral opportunities that won't necessarily improve your salary. You shouldn't expect massive annual increases in salary.
