      Pay is good. Tech is good free food

      Cons

      You don't know when will be your last day. Doesn't matter whether you are on top or low, if they have to throw you they will CTO dont know anything, he is just trying everything so that atleast he will get paid regularly

      Pros

      The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

      Cons

      There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
