OneTrust is a great place to be successful and develop in your career. Great compensation, benefits, company events, etc. Opportunity to work on projects outside of your normal day-to-day and add value to the org.
Cons
The company is growing very quickly, which creates a veyr fast paced environment with lot's of ongoing change.

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.
Cons
There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
