Pros
- Incredibly supportive team that wants to see each other succeed - Great culture with a transparent Senior Leadership team that cares about employees - Real opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the business and take ownership of projects or processes - There's a lot of flexibility and trust - Team is not resistant to change (things change quickly and often, and we iterate!) - Great product that is being constantly added to and enhanced (releases are frequent, which is a product dream)
Cons
- You need to be able to take initiative and find solutions (not a place where you will be spoon-fed) - Working remotely might not be for everyone (but worth giving it a shot, since the culture is so good here!) - Start-up so can feel chaotic at times, and priorities shift quickly so you need to be adaptable
