The executives made us feel like we were family. It was the only company that I actually cared about and strived to follow compliance to ensure that we past our annual audits. I loved working with all the locations and guiding them through the system. No matter the time of day, I’d always answer their calls.

Not terminating the proper individuals that needed to be removed from the company. Not holding store GM’s accountable.
