Pros
If you are a take charge kind of person who wants to accomplish things this is a place for you. The people are very friendly, the age range is wide, and the people are from lots of different backgrounds. The attitude is mostly "you do you as long as you get the work done" which leads to a better work/life balance. I've been a developer for almost 15 years, and this company is in my top 3 favorites to work with. I feel like it is a "Goldilocks Work Environment" because it acts like an incubator still but has corporate funding. It is an interesting intersection of aerospace and startup culture.
Cons
If you're someone looking for a 9 to 5 who just wants to be given a list of tasks and chug through work, this might not be the best place for you. The work load varies wildly depending on the schedule. With the company's goals, this aspect is only going to in intensify. The lack of cohesion and planning can be stressful as many projects are reactive and not proactive.
