Pros
You’ll be lucky if you’re in the sales team. the head is very protective of the team members. They can be quite entitled, ordering people around, and even when sales staff make mistakes or lose profit, their head still protects them like babies running back to their mummy.
Cons
Workplace bully and quite a lot of staff have already left, with no replacements. so the workload just keeps piling up on those still here. And yet they didn’t value your effort. The lady boss micromanages everything, even the smallest details, and there’s basically no room for mistakes. The Finance head is also quite loud and doesn’t really give you a chance to explain yourself, which can feel pretty insensitive with the way she talk. Very stressful working place. MOM should do something about this.
