Pros
The option to work from home 3 days a week is available
Cons
I enjoyed working for Onebright at the start, until we quickly became micromanaged by staff members/management. Tick box 1-1 meetings every few weeks in which I felt like I couldn’t be honest in and not cared for. The office can be loud and when sat in a quiet place, was asked to move to be with the team despite this being challenging when on calls with clients and them telling me that it was too loud. Told off for going out for fresh air/toilet breaks. Staff slack off too much and never gets picked up on and you’re then left to deal with it, without a thank you. Management that have their clear favourites, no one else seems to matter. No room for progression, and the job should be advertised as a call centre agent.
