Culture, You work in startup but won't feel like startup everything is well managed and process oriented. The management always tries to stay connected with everyone. This makes us feel motivated and part of the company.
Cons
Right now, there aren't any downsides in the company. Onehouse is growing, and the team is full of energy. There's so much to learn.
