      Above average salary Minimal but paid overtime With great benefits (transportation allowance, HMO, Meals, some even has car allowance) Very friendly staffs and managers Easy promotion, lots of training and many career opportunities

      Most of the people here are friendly and humble Accessible to MRT/EDSA Complete Government Mandated Benefits Appraisal increase Monday-Friday

      Cons

      SIL only, no other benefits except Govt Mandated Long working hours even for Main Employees One company event only (employees will contribute also)

      When company cannot provide the needs of clients, I have to make it up to your clients or else I'll have bad record since my name is on the line.
