Pros
New technologies, good work/life balance, nice atmosphere (it depends on the department), sometime nice place to start. A lot of people with different experience that you could benefit from. People with potential & vision, but not in the managements.
Cons
Bureaucracy, cronyism, politics, mess. Small chance of salary increase on most positions.Very low investment level, company is run like a cash cow with no vision for future business models, only quick wins count...
