Chaotic. Will show up to work only to be relocated. Will show up to a 12-hour shift and be required (legally) to stay for several more hours. Marginal difference between front line and management salary, little incentive to move up. Previously focused on Developmental services, the organization is now taking on more complex clients (At-risk youth, psychiatric patients) without proper resources to care for them. Constant staffing crisis (red flag). Increasingly restrictive policies (GPS in vehicles, Cameras in homes).
