Pros

Can progress from customer service into Account Management, teams can feel like a family, and some great charity work and out of work social events to attend to.

Cons

Not much progression beyond Account Management, which never used to be the case. Feels like they don't trust those who have done the job. Whilst there is a family feeling within a team, a huge divide remains between different teams. Some targets are unachievable and misleading, and a misconception of who our end customer is and "who we work for".

Pros

Some good people who work here, not many, but some great characters. Also a good starting point for working in the energy and gas industry.

Cons

The company has lost its direction. Processes that worked well are changed, while more important issues often go unresolved. Employee feedback is regularly requested but never listened to leaving staff feeling unheard. The office days being upped to 3 days a week for sales and customer service, but not for anyone else (despite one team being SEVERELY under pressure) with no evidence provided to support why this decision is better for the business. Leadership lacks consistency, with different standards seemingly applying to senior management and the wider workforce. Salaries are no longer competitive, and the culture has shifted from valuing individuals to treating employees as numbers. Some questionable hires also. The high turnover of long-serving employees should raise concerns about the company's direction. At the time of writing, more wanting to leave. Company events that were once enjoyed across the business now appear to be reserved primarily for the senior leadership team, which has had a negative impact on morale. Disclaimer, when mentioning SLT, does not apply to all.
