The culture here is great. Management allows for a lot of free thought and doesn't micro manage.

Nothing that I can think of so far.

- Very much a familial atmosphere with little to no office politics as everyone is focused on their job and keeping customers AND co-workers happy. - Better than average customer service job pay here in the Valley. - Managers are flexible with LIFE situations as long as your performance is steady or improving

Kind of far away from places to eat so pack your lunch or order in but otherwise no major complaints.
