We’re pleased to hear that you experienced strong team culture in parts of the organisation, and that you felt recognised through initiatives such as our annual staff awards. It’s also encouraging to hear your positive feedback on the clarity of observation and planning guidelines.
We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve raised around inconsistency between centres, workload, and planning time, as well as expectations not always being met. We recognise how important consistency, clarity, and follow-through are in creating a positive and supportive working environment, and how challenging it can be when these aren’t in place.
In relation to planning time, we provide allocated non-contact time in line with regulatory and award requirements. We know, however, that how this is experienced day-to-day can vary, and ensuring this time is protected and consistently applied across campuses is an ongoing focus for us.
Your feedback around streamlining planning processes, strengthening consistency between centres, and ensuring commitments are realistic and achievable is important. These are areas we continue to focus on as we work to improve the experience for our teams.
