Pros

Great community culture, staff acknowledgement and rewards, generous with money in terms of providing great quality resources, meals for staff if wanted. Flexible working options for parents and generous staff discount.

Cons

Pay is average, although, you won’t need to spend your own money on any resources like other companies. Noticed workplace bullying not being handled appropriately at one campus.

Pros

When you work under the right branch, the working culture can be fantastic. They display their appreciation of staff through their annual staff awards. Clear guidelines on the observation and planning documents.

Cons

The strike difference in the standards between branches can be shocking. The workload is very heavy, lack consistency and clarity with planning times, lots of promises made to staff, unfortunately they often put their staff in difficult situations by creating promises they cannot keep.
