Pros
Onrad has a developing atmosphere of change in the healthcare space. Working with the founders is the same as working with a partner. After over a decade of working with the company they continue to amaze me. If you like fast pace and function well under pressure, you will fit right in.
Cons
Change is ever on-going and sometimes hard to keep track of with Onrad. Lots of projects and many new ones start before old ones can be completed.
