      Pros

      A fun, fast paced work environment where ideas are welcome. Leadership has a strong vision, and knows what they are and aren't looking for. No problem is unsolvable and departments work together well without any BS or pointless politics.

      Cons

      If you aren't willing to commit to coming in to work every day with purpose you will have a hard time here. Not recommended for aimless individuals.

      They buy you pizza on Fridays.

      Cons

      There are no leads. You cold call the phone book that other reps have called 1000+ times and pitch them like you’re in a 1980’s boiler room. Your sales are dependent on your manager and mine couldn’t close the door.
