Pros

There are a few decent Co workers there though most are all 20 year olds that all sleep around together. It was well known and very awkward. The hours weren't bad at all though we worked every holiday.

Cons

Failure to promote from within first and foremost. Random, unexperienced people just seem to pop up when a team lead or member of management resigns. Never were entry level employees given an opportunity to even apply. The management is self centered and horrible. Horrible isn't strong enough. Nightmare seems more appropriate. They bring people from Missouri to just pick up their lives and move to Georgia with promises of a new great life. Instead they treat you like a child, hold back on promises and even fire you. I strongly encourage others from Missouri not to move here. It's horrible!

Pros

Proud to work for a company that was founded based on bringing jobs back to US soil. I've witnessed under resourced rural Americans learn and develop their skills to work towards a better way of life. Many of them still work here today. Even with changing times Onshore adapted to survive the Covid era and is now evolving with AI, Our CEO and leaders are making sure we stay ahead of modern technology yet hold onto our founding principles. I hope they bring the Bootcamps back and excited to see where things go!

Cons

With Covid, our beautiful campus is still there but most of the employees went to working remotely for which I'm grateful. However, I miss the office atmosphere and being face to face with my teammates. Onshore always held fun events for employees back then and I miss that! I guess this is a pro and con.

Pros

A valuable place to learn and grow your skills. Often provides boot camp to help train inexperienced employees. Good atmosphere and vibe.

Cons

The pay is the entire reason this is a 3 star and not a 5 star. While I understand that market average cannot be met when you are giving a portion of what a client pays to the employee, the difference between what is paid and the industry standard is too great.
