Pros
Good remuneration and access to tools of trade.
Cons
It's all about the "Old Boys" who's been in the game, together. You will be greatly supported and handsomely rewarded to lock in new customers and grow their market, open doors for them, where they've never entered before. Then they will toss you out and allocate the new clients accordingly. So if you are someone who enjoy dealing with narcissism during your employment and deformation even a year after you left the industry, dive right in. It's a pawn race on a treadmill, all you need to do is bolster the portfolios of those who cheer you on from the side line and they'll let you run. Denial is the most predictive of human behaviours and the subordinates know it. With their backs turned to the field, management focus on elaborate spreadsheets of data supplied by their subordinates. They prefer only to follow the shadows on the wall. The game. The chessboard is fitted with only one goalpost situated in the middle of the field. This way you can kick the goals from either side of the field or simply pass the ball on to any of the other team's players when required to do so. The aim is to only kick the goals the "old boys" want you to kick. So you need to keep your eye on them where the are hiding away in the crowds of supporters and follow their lead. The stadium is packed with crowds of clients cheering you on, don't feel overwhelmed, its just a game. The build up is quite euphoric when someone eventually kicks the goal with the "old boys" running centre stage and taking the glory, receiving the golden nod from the top brass. They only show their face when the crowds are roaring shouting for joy, before diving into another spreadsheet of deception. If you decide to venture of on your own and not follow the set plan broken-down equipment and irresponsible arrogance will find you. REMENBER it is just a game.
