Pros

20 minutes later and I still cant think of any. I can say that safety is a priority . Unfortunately the company nearly counts the band aids making it hard to retrieve one when in need.

Cons

The adoption process is nonexistent! This process is the foundation of the organizations success and every opportunity that Ontic gets they get it wrong. Management is financially dictating all operational and manufacturing decisions. Every week & month is ran like it's the end of a fiscal year. Leadership has no line of sight or clue on what it takes to get to 500M. Although they will tell you that we're on our way on on slide and the next slide shows how we have $0 cash flow and falling short on our monthly numbers. Management has managed to turn many of our suppliers away, and the ones that have been begged to stay will only take Cash On Delivery since Ontic also does not pay their suppliers until they stop shipments. Many parts go missing since no one uses the ERP system correctly. Manufacturing & operations are required to work as late as midnight at the end of every month, making project Horizon was a big joke! It takes 2-3 weeks for new hires to get a working phone, computer, and privileges Can't wait to find a real manufacturing opportunity! Oh and your restricted to printing in b&w.
