      Growing company, room for advancement, strong culture. 9/80 schedule

      Cons

      Everyday the benefits get less and less. New owners are venture capitalist who want to increase the bottom line to sell the company again. Horrible HR, horrible on job support. , Horrible onbarding. Problem with talent retention.
