Pros

Despite the toxic environment and poor leadership, colleagues are the best. They are hardworking, supportive, and bring a sense of camaraderie that makes the challenging atmosphere more bearable. Their dedication and teamwork are the only bright spots in an otherwise difficult situation.

Cons

The work environment at this company is incredibly toxic, with a clear disconnect between the C-level and the realities of building a successful, healthy culture. The leadership (HR) lacks a fundamental understanding of tech, leading change, and fails to create the right environment for success, and likes to blame others. It often feels like the company is more interested in extracting as much from its employees as possible, with little regard for their well-being. Meanwhile, the CEO shows a concerning level of indifference to what's happening within the organization and lacks the strength to lead effectively. The overall culture is one of stagnation and burnout, with no real focus on growth or support for its people.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent pay and permanent work from home. Work life balance is fine.

Cons

Since the founders were forced out, the new leadership has shown little passion or commitment to the product. Their continued presence appears driven more by personal financial incentives than by long-term vision. Although feedback is routinely collected, it is rarely acted upon, and many internal processes remain broken. Product quality has declined, with frequent issues reducing overall effectiveness. Hiring standards have deteriorated as well. While the company aspires to be a leader in its space, it lacks innovation and has instead settled into mediocrity. The culture has gone downhill, small perks have all been taken away.
