Salaries are always on time, with impressive hikes every year. The workload is balanced — neither too much nor too little. The co-founders are supportive and bring great vision to every department. Overall, it's a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

Occasionally, urgent tasks come up that affect overall planning. While the team manages these situations well, there’s room to improve project foresight and planning processes. It’s understandable in project-based work, but there’s always scope to make it better
