Pros

- Can grow your career quite quickly if you prove yourself - Business is on an okay trajectory. Not great, but not terrible either - Founders are incredibly smart, and talent bar across the org is high - Shaking up an old industry

Cons

- Nepositism is rife - Some individuals whilst talented, are incredibly rude and unpleasant to work with and this isn't addressed by the founders or HR - Senior leaders are individually brilliant, but terrible people leaders - Employees are fired/made redundant with very little notice - Not what I'd call a 'fun' place to work - Little brand equity, no one has ever heard of the company despite the millions raised
