Good company - Claims Specialist Open (Australia) Employee Review

- Can grow your career quite quickly if you prove yourself - Business is on an okay trajectory. Not great, but not terrible either - Founders are incredibly smart, and talent bar across the org is high - Shaking up an old industry

- Nepositism is rife - Some individuals whilst talented, are incredibly rude and unpleasant to work with and this isn't addressed by the founders or HR - Senior leaders are individually brilliant, but terrible people leaders - Employees are fired/made redundant with very little notice - Not what I'd call a 'fun' place to work - Little brand equity, no one has ever heard of the company despite the millions raised

There is a lot of room for growth. I have worked for the company for over a year now and have been able to work my way up. My manager is the best manager I have ever had she has a genuine care for our experiences every single day. The culture within the company is unmatched. You feel like a person not a number and the efforts you give are not taken for granted. Breath of fresh air and I’m glad to be apart of the team.

Communication within departments is the biggest issue. This has been addressed and is currently something the company is working on.
