Pros
Working at Open Bionics is really good fun and super rewarding too. The talented and dedicated team has achieved so much in such a short amount of time, and it's been incredible watching OB grow from a fledgling start-up to an international powerhouse. The culture is awesome (lunchtime games, Friday projects, music in the office, flexible start times etc) and the management are really good at making strong leadership decisions and empowering the team. Everyone is friendly. The most enjoyable part of the job is collaborating with the bionic squad of Hero Arm wearers and seeing first hand the tangible difference you're making, day in day out. I would highly recommend working for Open Bionics.
Cons
A small team with big ambitions means that the fast pace of change can be overwhelming for some.
