- Great innovative product - c-level with fresh and flexible approach to work - product team with great ideas and execution

- not clear development paths - sudden changes of direction without information - started as very transparent now decisions made “in the dark”

- A dynamic environment that was exciting to work in at times - Company culture actively cultivated via many initiatives and employee resources; many of which fell on deaf ears (most likely) due to the heavy workload that defines OL - Many great people - Learning opportunities everywhere - Space for new ideas (which were fine as long as they didn't clash with the ideas of "some people")

- Heavy workload and unrealistic deadlines/goals - Making it at Open Loyalty takes more than skill or talent or hard work - one has to be smart and have the ability/patience to engage in the Office Politics Game ™, which is often won by people you can't help but roll your eyes at every time they speak. - People without necessary expertise and experience being put in charge of teams, ultimately obstructing progress and fostering an unpleasant/borderline toxic atmosphere - Backstabbing and hypocrisy
