      Meeting interesting people, trying to do good work despite deep institutional issues.

      Cons

      Leadership (exec director and their 2nd in command) is aloof, unconcerned with staff members' day to day struggles, and more focused on building her image and brand than improving the quality of service she provides or addressing the ways in which her staff are not being taken care of.
