Pros
Open Mind School is open to so many children, families, and staff. It's thoughtful in programming and really driven to be inclusive. The classes are cool and the organization supports professional development. The compensation is competitive and there's always room for career growth. The leadership team is really invested in the mission and vision. They love the organization and are clearly dedicated to their position.
Cons
They do a lot of short-term contracts to train professionals. It's fun to have new perspectives but the changes can be hard on the students and long-term staff. Schedules can be hard because the program is often growing and changing.
