Pros

- Fully remote if that's what you're looking for - Some growth on the corporate side of the business - There are a number of good people who work at OpenExchange

Cons

- This is not a merit based company. Your chances of upward movement are tied to your familial and friend connections to the c-suite. They stifle talent if the person doesn't fit into their comfortable circle of comrades. - There is little to no clear direction from the top down - Unqualified and immature management create an environment of toxic positivity - The company appears to be doing a nose dive as the pandemic recedes and the need for virtual meetings dwindles. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs and it would be surprising if there are not more coming.
